I seriously think that from all the info we've had about GW2 it'll be impossible to creat a balanced game, you're more likely for GW1 to get balanced.

TBH I'd agree, for all it's worth GW has it problems, yet it's probably the most intense, strategic, builds, variety, dynamic, skill usage time based game I've played ever. Highly doubt they will fine tune the engine, add HP/Torque in the sequel. All we gonna see is rehash of other qualities from other games as Anet moves further away from what made them unique and join the masses instead. It's what happens when small companies make a killer product that move/or get bought into the bigger picture with one goal in mind.

Let's be serious, nobody of any real honor would consider a non-prophecies class.
Gale Axe,
Gale Axe,
Charge/Gale Sword,
Cripshot,
Cripshot,
Boon Prot,
Boon Prot,
Ether Prodigy Runner,
The only truly honorable build.

The thing that worries me is that 3 years later and GvG, mechanically, is no better than it was to begin with. It's just different. What exactly do they have in mind for GW2?

JR install guild wars, come play byob with vanquisher and I, and we'll see who is tactically lacking.

I have it installed, and I do want to play! I just need to find the time.
BYOB is pretty awesome.

Lolz Honor? As a war? o-O
Though I will agree non proph classes are way behind the cores...but that's because anet doesn't know how to balance. Won't stop me from loving my Paragon though.

Wait... What...? You love a paragon? Interesting. I did not think humans were capable of loving the most boring and degrading class in the entire game. You intrigue me so I will inquire: what do you find so great about the paragon class? What makes it more fun and better than any other class?

Cause I don't find them boring. I find Paragons to be the most fun of all the Physical attackers. Plus I love killing people in PvP with my Para , and yea, I can. And please don't be intrigued by me, I dun want any epeens poking me >> even if I'm a homo.

Killing people does not involve spearing down retards who can't even dodge a fainted spear at max range.
It implies that you're playing against actual people, not mindless retards.
4 Focused Angergons or what?
I can see how that'd be RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing annoying, still, it'd be mindnumbingly boring to play.

GvG teams had to account for different builds and in order to survive had to pick builds which allowed great differences play styles. Compared to how things are now where teams have to account for very little variability and hence there is only one real way to play a bar. Man the hole kids like you digged is soo deep that even thinking you can get out the hole by decreasing the net damage in the current meta by 200 would save you from drowning in your own piss is laughable.
I remember the days when you can tell a new player to find their niche and play the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO out of it and soon you will be good enough to play at a level you find fun, even though it may not be the top. Those days are pretty much gone.
